- 4 oz sirloin pork (thinly sliced) (115g)
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) (optional)
- 1 cup napa cabbage kimchi (roughly chopped) (200g)
- ½ cup kimchi juice (120ml)
- 1½ cups water (360ml)
- 6 oz firm tofu (cut into ¼ inch thick rectangles) (170g)
- 3 green onions (sliced at a diagonal)
