Ingredients

FOR THE RASPBERRY MOUSSE

  • 400  g frozen raspberries, thawed (14oz)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons powdered gelatine
  • 1 ½ tablespoons milk (notes)
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups   whipping cream, cold

FOR THE RASPBERRY COULIS

  • 100 g frozen raspberries (3.5oz)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
