  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Or lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder Optional
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 6 cups Spinach Fresh
  • 1 pint Strawberries Washed, Hulled, Sliced
