- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp finely chopped chive to garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds to garnish
Soy Sauce Flavour
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp everything Bagel seasoning *2
- 1.5 tbsp butter
