Crescent Roll Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (.9 oz) package Hollandaise sauce mix
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until they're scrambled to your liking. Remove from heat.
  3. Form the crust: Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange them in a 12-inch pizza pan with the points of the dough facing the center. Press the seams together to create a solid crust and push the dough up the sides of the pan a bit.
